All orders placed with Sattva Nature Care are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of confirmation. Orders are typically delivered within 5 -7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner timelines.
A delivery charge of ₹99 will be applied to all orders. Orders above ₹2,499 qualify for free delivery.
Once dispatched, a tracking confirmation will be shared with the customer. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sattva Nature Care shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
